Sustainability Innovations
Our research has led to several technological breakthroughs focused on green energy, carbon capture, off-grid solutions, and the utilization of low-grade phosphate ore.

Our hero lab-to-plant processes that has achieved industrial scale are:

Extraction of Fluoride from merchant grade or ex-filter phosphoric acid through precipitation to avoid thermal cost.

Nano membrane filtration coupled with bipolar membrane to purify phosphoric acid.

High purity monocalcium phosphate and dicalcium phosphate manufacturing process utilising phosphoric acid concentration as low as 25% P2O5.

Incorporating bipolar membrane and MVR evaporator system to reduce wet process reactor rock phosphate grade requirement from 30% to 27%.
Other pilot scale achievements pending further development into industrial scaling:

Novel process to manufacture DCP/MCP from electricity using bipolar membrane systems, from low grade rock phosphate.

A method to use dissolved Calcium ion from the rock phosphate ore for synthesis of DCP/MCP, avoiding requirement of CaO or CaCO3 input.

Two-step filtration system to extract pure white gypsum from wet process phosphoric acid reactor.

Green ammonia from biomass, to be utilised in DAP and MAP manufacturing

A process to manufacture high water-soluble TSP utilising <25% rock phosphate ore and electricity.
